JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Meetings and communication with clients;

• Draft a variety of documents including opinions, contracts in various files;

• Provide legal support pertaining to immigration and corporate matters;

• Accompany clients in their immigration process;

• Maintain and update various file tracking tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

​​

• Bachelor of Laws;

• Member of the Barreau du Québec;

• Have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in immigration and corporate law.

​

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

• Excellent capacity for legal analysis;

• Demonstrate rigor;

• Sense of organization;

• Able to work in a team but also independently;

• Oral and written communication skills;

• Bilingualism is an important asset;

• Ability to adapt and manage several cases simultaneously.
